World Tai Chi Day at Bowdoin College! (vid posted)

Shared from The Portland Press Herald (Maine Today Media LLC): World T’ai Chi & Qigong Day, 2018 On the last Saturday of April, T’ai Chi and Qigong enthusiasts world-wide will again gather in their communities to celebrate these ancient arts and to raise awareness of their potential for improving health and quality of life. Starting on the other side of the planet in the New Zealand time-zone at 10:00 a.m., and moving like a wave across each time-zone to the west, people around the globe are joined in meditative movement. In Maine there will be a gathering at Bowdoin College, open to anyone interested; all are welcome to come observe or participate. William CC Chen 60 Posture form videos

Here are the first few videos of a series that show the movements of the William CC Chen form.  William Chen's form is a variation of the Chen Man Ching version of the Yang family form.  It appears that she may not have made videos for each movement up to crossing hands, but the compilation video shows the whole thing up to cross hands.
